By accessing or using FocusNinja, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you don't agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our service.

FocusNinja is an AI-powered accountability and productivity tool for founders. The service includes daily win logging, weekly AI reviews, goal tracking, and related features available through our iOS, macOS, and web applications.

To use FocusNinja, you must:

• Create an account using Sign in with Apple
• Provide accurate information
• Be at least 18 years old
• Keep your account credentials secure

You're responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Pricing:

• Monthly: $19.99/month
• Yearly: $192.99/year (includes 2-week free trial)

Billing:

• All payments are processed through Apple's App Store
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel your subscription in your Apple ID settings

Refunds:

Refunds are handled by Apple according to their refund policy. We're happy to help if you have billing issues - just contact us.

You own your content. Everything you create in FocusNinja (wins, reflections, goals, notes) belongs to you. We don't claim any ownership rights over your content.

By using FocusNinja, you grant us a limited license to host, store, and display your content solely to provide the service to you. This license ends when you delete your content or account.

You agree not to:

• Use FocusNinja for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to hack, exploit, or compromise the service
• Share your account with others or resell access
• Upload malicious content or spam
• Interfere with other users' use of the service
• Reverse engineer or copy our software

FocusNinja uses AI to generate weekly reviews, insights, and coaching. While we strive for accuracy and helpfulness:

• AI-generated content is for informational purposes only
• AI suggestions should not replace professional advice
• We're not responsible for decisions you make based on AI output

You can delete your account at any time from the app settings. When you delete your account:

• All your data will be permanently deleted
• Your subscription will be cancelled (manage via Apple ID)
• This action cannot be undone

We strive to keep FocusNinja available 24/7, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted access. We may occasionally need to perform maintenance or updates. We'll try to notify you in advance of any significant downtime.

FocusNinja is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we're not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. We'll try to warn you first unless the violation is severe. You can always contact us to appeal.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where ZeroCrew (the company behind FocusNinja) is registered. Any disputes will be resolved in those courts.
